Extremely unusual problem

Your DV might not be bad at all. That code sounds like it is telling you that the small control valve that sits under the intake manifold is bad. It is the valve that can tell the DV(BPV) to open so the ecu can reduce power. IIRC the valve is called something like N245 or N247 and most people just end up bypassing it by removing the DV(BPV) hose and connecting it directly to the nipple on the front of the intake manifold, the hose connected there is the one that feeds to the small valve under the manifold. The 2000 was the first year they put that small valve in, the ndbw(pre 2000) cars did not come with it and their DV(BPV) was connected directly to the nipple on the front of the car.

Thanks all. Problem has been SOLVED!!!!

The DV was malfunctioning so I had replaced it and voila. Back to normal. Now i got an extra MAF sensor haha.
