Default exhaust problems

So I have not been on in a long while but I now have a few problems
I have two codes that keep coming up p1140 and p1122 and from the reading everyone is saying just replace the o2 sensors.... well which ones and how do i know they will work? can I just do some spark plug spacer things? are they bad? I know I have a vacuum leak gonna try to fix that tomorrow. Some other times I get a 2nd air injection system intermittent code and a few lean codes. Where should I start guys?

P1140 is bank 2 sensor 2 resistance too high, that's your driver's side post cat O2 sensor. P1122 is the same sensor, "heater circuit open." That pretty much narrows it down i think. I can't really say if spark plug anti-foulers will fix the internal resistance code, but they definitely won't fix the heater circuit code. Do you have emissions inspection in NC?

so i was messing around with Vag-com and was looking at measuring blocks 30-35. On 30 i can watch Bank2 Sensor2 change from 110 to 111 and none of the rest do that i drove around the block a few times and it was the only one. Now i have read a few other places that my two codes can mean either of the 2 sensors can be bad on bank two (Post or Pre) cat. so do i just go in and replace both? Does me having 2.5 inch tubing all the way back change anything ?
