Engineering Flaws Behind the 1.8T

Funny thing is, the sudge issue didn't start to come up till after Audi started making the B6. Never saw any B5 owners posting up having the issue during the 11 years I have been a member of the A4 community.

THE engine...? Probably. We used to do them all the time. MY engine...? No, I don't own an Audi.
Do you still find that funny...?
I've worked for a dealer on everything from 2 - 18 wheels. And the last 6 years for Audi.

Ok, so this just means you had to deal with all the idiot car owners that didn't know squat about a car.
Sludge is not a engine issue, it is a USER issue. Problem is that way too many people dont give a crap about their car till something goes wrong and they have to pay out of their pocket to fix it. Nearly all of those that have had sludge issues end up blaming the engine design or the car company, if they want someone to blame they should just look in the mirror.

Oh, I'm sorry, I thought that the original poster had written that and he was saying he had replaced his engine over 25 times already. My mistake.

Yeah, RWD, that is some of the worst engineering ever! What are they thinking? Don't they know RWD is so 1919??
