I know I should be checking the CEL codes and telling you guys about it. Yesterday, while I was driving the CEL flashed 3 or 4 times and it just went off by it's own. Should I be worried about this ?

Probably a misfire. You might have a weak coil or fouled plug.

 

check your plug gaps if u recently replaced them should be from 0.028 - 0.035

 

There is something that I noticed yesterday, it did start before the CEL flashed. Sometimes when the car is standing still, for example in a traffic jam and it starts to move when I am in first gear, there is a mild vibration in the car that I did not notice before.
Could this be related ?

if the check engine light didn't stay on then you probably had a misfire and the computer fixed itself, so your fine. if it happens more then once, then ur spark plugs or a weak coil needs to be looked into like crazyhawk said.
