Whats the ICM and how can I check it. Checked for vacuum leak with no luck. As far as the misfire, I have bought all new coils and have switched plugs and coils in any combo possible... still says #2 misfire every time.

Okay, ICM (ignition control module) is located on my airbox. Only prob is I have a Carbonio intake now. Did that remove my ICM?

If you ruled out a plugs, coil packs, and a gaping vac leak then your maf is bad. Worst case could be a leaky head gasket but thats extremely unlikely. 2000+ don't have an ICM. The ecu conrtols the firing order for 00/01.
