Engine build
If i did a fully built 2.7tt built bottom stroked to 3.0, forged everything, top of the line internals and what not with kkk04-15 twin turbos, rs4 heads, rs4 intake, and all other parts. Whats the hp it would be pushing? also i am assuming it makes sense to cyro treat the tranny. Would a stage 3 clutch be able to handle it or would i need somethign special?

well i have huge plans that i hope to have done by the summer meet for all to see but i am in the planning stages right now and this would be the power house

thats the bottom end package i hope to use
if thats not the best idea people who build engines please let me know i think it totaled to 4.5k for the bottom end if there is better for less lmk please but this is my starting point.

why use RS4 heads when you can use you can use heads from a 2.8 with S4 internals? and it all depends on what fueling and software you use. you can do all that and run stock fueling and you'll prolly max out around 480awhp. upgraded fueling you'll be far into the 600awhp range. IMO EPL has one of the best fueling kits out there right now and they'll custom tune your car to w/e hp numbers you want. i'd say 12-15k for this build to get it's max potential. a stg3 clutch is gonna get smoked lol. you'll need something along the lines of what mike hood has

The RS4 cosworth are better and have better flow from what i have seen and if you can find the rare Cossie? heads you win. I wouldnt run stock fuel and couldnt run stock with a full stage 3 kit and this is more than a stage 3 kit. and i think 600 is a little shy considering a bolt on stage 3 is 475hp to a bone stock s4 engine. If you hit the link fill in all the boxes with the lowest option except the rods they will be the integrated rods. And what clutch does mike hood run?

it's not a 1:1 ratio with power gain. check out EPL's website and give them a call.
mike runs a special clutch master one. idk the details but i'm sure he can help you out a lot more in that area.
EPL tuned TiAL 770 turbo kit on a 2.7T = 607whp on 93 octane & meth. not sure the specs of internals.

Oh **** sorry i didnt see AWHP think crank sorry. i was going to more than likely get the engine built by RAI if they are reputable enough and can handle it considerign they are down the street. Mike is the Mikept2zero?? that mike
also with built internals would that allow faster spool and bigger range of power? i chose the kkk set up because there is power all throughout the rpms but i have onlyy read read the review of a kit or bolted onto a stock engine not built. i dont want any lag and i want the range of power bigger than 2000rpm

yes that is the correct mike.
built internals don't always allow for faster spool. it depends on how you build the motor. the reason people don't stick with a k04 after their motor is built is because they wouldn't be using the real potential of the motor if they don't get a larger turbo. you should really do more reading on different motor builds and their pros and cons before putting your money into anything. you won't get all your answers on this forum either lol
the graph below is a 2.7TT with stock internals with S605 turbo. they had to stop here because they didn't want to blow the motor. a safe limit to set is about 485awhp with stock internals. i can't find any graphs with a k04 right now. however to answer your "range of power bigger than 2000 rpm" question. take a look at the graph i posted earlier. the power consistently grows from 3000 to about 5350 and then it consistently decreases. basically the "range of power" is 2350rpm with that setup.
