Default ecs tuning

Whats wrong with ecstuning? I have ordered some parts 2 days ago and paid using paypal, it says that the status of the order is on pending and they still havent charged me for the parts... I even payed extra to get 2 day shipping, and after 2 days they havent even confirmed my order.

It could just be some sort of error in their system and your package could arrive today. I'm not sure though.

If an item is out of stock a lot of times companies won't charge your card until they are back in stock or shipped.

Give em a call and check on its status.

camshaft position sensor and a replacement bulb for the third brake light. the sensor was like $70 cheaper than at autozone so i think its worth the wait.

ECS has some good deals, and have stuff that you probably wont find elsewhere, but they seriously suck when it comes to actually shipping your order. I ordered something Tuesday night, well actually Wednesday morning cause i did it around 12am. Everything i ordered was "in stock" (specifically, coolant tank cap, coolant flange, and the ecs part to cover the extra whole on the flange, cause mine only has 1 originally) I payed using paypal as well, and the money actually went through that morning. I payed for 2nd day shipping. So, as expected, I was hoping for my package to get here friday.........sure, up these!! they didn't f*****g process the order till thursday so therefore, i had to wait till the following MONDAY to for the package, cause saturday does not count for 2nd day shipping!!! What a freaking group of sack lickers!! i swear i wish there was other online store that had a parts list as big as they did, i would so go there. Germanautoparts.com has almost as much stuff, and their prices are actually even better than ECS on many things....so my next order will be from them, to see how much better they do. Im going to make an order this week for some other stuff i need and I will post and update here

It is always good to call a company before placing the order to see if all the parts are actually in stock.

I can honestly say I've had a problem with every order from ecstuning...everything from wrong part sent to oops, were out of stock now. I've even tried calling and doing the orders and i still run into the same errors. I don't like talking smack, but seeing as how others have had the same reoccuring problems, thought I'd throw in my $.02 as well. they have great prices but their shipping and customer service can be lacking...

i guess the conclusion we can come to here is that ECS is a good reference place, but dont expect quick service.........i saw the other day they offer "3 day' turn around for those who purchase their ECM's to be flashed by them............i seriously would like to know if someone can vouch for that......
