Does anyone know how door sill plates are removed/attached? I have one that is busted up in the front but I can budge the rest. Where can I get a used/new.

 

the plates and the black piece that is around them, theres one piece per side, they are stuck on with some unbelieveably stong double sided tape. short of buying them from a dealer. i got used ones from the local audi/vw junkyard, l&t enterprize they are in allentown if you google them youll get the number, as for the other online salvage yards, none of them carry them...i tried.

im into it always, thing is all the meets are on the weekends and those are the only days that i work. but sometime ill have to make it happen.
