Do I need bigger injectors???
I have a 1998 A4 quattro turbo with K04 turbo, test pipe, cat back exhaust and stage II program. When I get into the gas hard the motor feels like it's starving for fuel. The motor hiccups but only when I get on the Gas heavy. Do I need bigger fuel injectors? I thought read somewhere I can put TT injectors in without causing problems or will I need to reprogram the ECU because the TT Injectors are 30lbs/310cc my current injectors are 20lbs/210cc any advise would be great. Think it is pushing around 240hp

You need to monitor/log with vagcom to see what is going on. You could have a lean issue but your description also sounds like a misfire. Plugs have been checked and are good, and are correctly tapped at .028" I assume? No codes stored?
If you size up your injectors you will need a reflash to compensate.

Ok first off, what tune are you running? Most of the K04 tunes are done with a 5 bar FPR for your stock injectors or designed for larger injectors. You should NOT be running a K04 tune with stock injectors and a stock FPR.
When you say TT are 310cc I am guessing you mean the 180hp TT injectors, the 225 TT injectors are larger then that. Since your car has a narrow band 02 sensor, you cant just start throwing different size injectors seeing that your ECU does not adjust the fueling at WOT to keep the correct AFR.
He means to log block 031 at WOT to see what your AFR reads are like. You should also log block 003 at the same time. You might also want to do some logs of 003/020 so you can see if the ecu is pulling timing.
Reflash means getting a new tune if you are looking to go larger injectors. It helps to put as much info as possible, staying stage 2 doesn't mean much if you dont say what brand tune it is.
