Exclamation DIY: How-to Install DDM HID kit into your factory fog lamps

And I present to you a video! You can probably get this done in about 20 minutes.

The final result. I install a ddmtuning slim HID kit, using H7 bulb, 5000K temp and 35w ballast. I am very happy with the quality of the kit from DDM Tuning.

I cant get your video to work.

And they are H7 bulbs for the fogs and headlights, they dont require added wiring, very easy, all you really gotta do is find a place to put the ballast.

Yeah suddenly my video isn't working on YouTube, dunno whats up, but I practically explained the whole nine yards, very easy.

Stock bulbs are H7 low beams and fogs.

The video is working for me. Thanks for the DIY vid! Definitely a great DIY for those interested in the doing the DIY.

Also lovin' the Return of the Jedi poster!

BTW - is that plate chopped? If it's on the car, it's not centered and crooked.

You ever have someone hold something for you till you thought it was centered and then you went about drilling your holes and next thing you know it's crooked. Yeah. I'll live with it for now.

Thanks for this. I did my low beams on my own just fine, but I was a little concerned on finding a place to put the ballast for the fogs.

Just ordered some 3000k fogs, so we'll see what happens.
