this sit right next to the turbo... wouldnt the metal heat up and burn something??

 

you're prolly gonna wanna put some kind of thermal barrier on the hot side, maybe foil-backed insulation or header wrap tape? Looks good though. FWIW, lots of guys on here have done DIY heat shields. I've had an intake sitting in my closet for over a year, just too lazy to install it and fab up a heat shield lol
