Im now a believer of how much a chip/ecu flash really helps. It's nothing super amazing but definitly substantial. From about 2700rpms up the car seems to pull much harder. Moving around through traffic is a breeze in 5th gear at 3000rpm. Im really considering on getting it for $399. I am also looking at GIAC but they don't have a free trial and it is also $100 more. The place I went to was pretty cool they did a boost leak test prior to flashing the ecu. They found a leak on a one way check valve sitting on top of the air box. Anyways, I think I'll probably try APR's trial as well before I make my decision.

 

nice after your pm i found a local shop that deals with revo. i think im going to go and try out the free trial as well. what info did you get on the revo tune?

 

is this at 3zero3? If so...thats were I got my revo tune

 

what are the tune specs.. boost level and such. do they have upgrades for ko4?

Good questions, I don't have a boost gauge yet. They claimed that I would be around 205chp and 240ctq. I didn't ask about the KO4. I think if I replace my turbo in the future I'll go with the GTRS, since I have the K03s. I did talk to them about the Stage 2 tune apparently it will add 10-15% more power with a free flowing exhaust system.

Kinda dips to 15 or less in 3rd. Maybe tired turbo (130k)? The best it's ran is a 15.8 at bandi, and the a4 is a 00

 

What all do you have done to your car? I use to live near bandi.
