Default Diagnostic help

Well before I start to tear into anything and order parts I thought I would get another opinion. 2001.5 A4 1.8T quattro manual. Driving home from work and it started missing when I get into the boost at all. Anything over 3lbs and it misses. Engine light came on and was flashing. Parked it, scanned it and this is what I came up with

Im thinking that it is the cam tensioner is going and it slipped a tooth but again I wanted a second opinion before I tear into it. Luckily I have a second car to drive for the time being

swap coil pack and spark lug from number 3 hole to number 1 hole and see if the misfire follows

Sorry, should have specified. That was from a couple weeks ago that I forgot to erase. I already replaced the #3 coil and it was fine until yesterday.

The voltage is fine across the board. The reason I am thinking it was a tensioner is because of the P0011 and P0300 codes.

go ahead and check it out but i highly doubt the chain skipped. its mor likely the belt skipped, but if it did it is very unlikely to be running at all as it wouldve kept skipping eventually

I replaced the plugs not long ago, same time that I replaced the bad coil. As of right now it seems to run perfectly fine at idle and in vacuum. If I get into the boost at all it will misfire like crazy. I am also getting a slight ticking out of the top end (again maybe tensioner)
