Well check the coolant level first, if its low then pull up the carpet.
You basically just pop up the door sills and pull up the carpet.

Coolant should be fine, I've got a small leak but i topped it up about a week ago cause the light was flashing if I took corners fast or stopped hard.

Fogging of the window is a common complaint when coolant is inside the vehicle from a leaky heater core.

It is coming from the sunroof. Easy fix? or am I screwed?

Ok, I cleared the drains in the sunroof and its still leaking, Its coming from the dead pedal but I don't know how its getting in there any suggestions?
