could someone get back to me

i dont think you know exactly what a journal bearing turbo is. basically, the most important part is a shaft inside a cylinder that rides on a sheet of oil. if there is no oil, the shaft creates alot of friction with the cylinder because its spinning at ungodly rates. this friction is not a good thing. in fact, it is basically the worst thing. so if your oil lines are clogged or not giving any oil period, your turbo is ****. period.

with a ball bearing, lack of oil will wear the '*****' and cause noise as a sign...
with a journal, or 'bushing', the clearances are enough that things will turn until the shaft heats up, expands, and seizes. Think 'shaded pole motor', ie, your common house fan...
However, POS, he is correct in that we need more info. Its really hard to do this without it.

Journal turbo...

The journals:
As you can see, they are just bronze bushings. See those little holes? Those are for pressurized oil. If they are clogged, or fill with burnt oil known as 'coke', little to no oil can move through. Same with the lines to and from the turbo. Oil in this case is the 'bearing' the shaft rides on, with out it things heat up quickly and the turbo stops spinning.

I dont see how the ABS light being on could do this, but with all the 'safety' crap built into the ECU who knows...Highly doubt it though.
Checking the lines is prolly gonna have to be pulling them and looking...

ok...as for safety...
every once in a while after first starting the car, the lights will be off and i drive it...but the brakes dont work...and even better, random engage at 60 mph in the back right and slow me to 0.
