who needs airbags? haha get a momo steering wheel and race seats, and take the back window out of the 99 and all interior parts you need. dont need airbags to pass inspection

Assuming you're not wearing seatbelts, and it depends on the state whether or not you need airbags.

 

Definitely FAR more work to swap drivetrains - gas tank and rear subframe have to be changed, along with suspension, drivetrain parts, probably the chassis wiring harness, etc. Front end swap would be a snap compared to that.
