Default control arm troubles :(

I purchased a new set of control arms, because my car has 166k on it, bushings are bad, and creaks and groans constantly. While in the process of tearing down the old, I found that the minnesota winters have taken its toll on the factory hardware. Ive been trying PB Blaster to try and break up the rust and corrosion on the bolts, only to find that nothing wants to give.
But my real problem is,
How do I get the bolt out that holds the TRE out, so I can pull it out and slide the TRE out of its position. The bolt does not have a hex head on it, but rather a flat C shaped head. I cant get anything in there to wedge it out. Is there a special tool I need to get it out? or is it really just that corroded.

I spent 3 hours twisting, pulling, and hammering away at the corroded bolts, only to get a few nuts off (

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Well I prefer Deep Creep by Seafoam. Also, you might want to try a MAPP torch.

Greetings, fellow Minnesotan. I had the same problem when I did my control arms and tie rod ends.

Take a look at my DIY, where I actually broke the bolt for the tie rod end in half.
