Default Control Arm Bushing (subject beat to death I know)

Alright I searched and didn't really find the answer I was looking for although I'm sure it's out there.

Has anyone successfully just replaced the bushings on their control arm?

you could prolly take them to a machine shop and have them pressed in

or you can buy all 4 upper control arms from FC Groton (something like that) for 100$

gl!

I have not done it yet but I did find out the dealer sells the part seperately, about $30I think. I have a spare set lying around in my garage and I'm thinking about putting new bushings in and intalling a zerk fitting in the ball joints so I would have a spare set if I should ever need them again...

You'll need a heavy duty press and the proper size dies to push the old one out. I believe one of the tech certified members said they tried it but didn't have very good luck.
