Contacted RAI about Maestro and the AEB. Got some awesome answers!!
I have scoured the internet looking for specific answers as well as emailed Eurodyne and no replies. I would have contacted a dealer long ago but since I work nights I am on opposite schedules. Anyway I figured I would share the responses to my questions with others incase they needed help and maybe gets some replies from some other members as well.
My specific questions had to do with the AEB and what type of basetune you get and if you can get multiple basetunes if you needed to upgrade to different injectors. The package now comes with base tunes already built in for the most common setups like disco potato and other turbos, 440cc injectors, 630cc injectors, stock MAF and A8 MAF. I am a lil disappointed they don't cover the VR6 MAF since I have that plugged in but you can scale the MAF based on size inside the software.
The best thing is you can datalog and send those logs too RAI and they will edit your software and resend you the package. This of course costs some money but is a lot cheaper then getting it dyno tuned.
I also asked about ease of tuning with this setup and he replied that it is actually easier with the AEB then the later ME7 setups since there are not so many things to fine tune.
I am pretty excited about it and will be ordering my setup in the next day or two. My only issue now is that I am going to have to get an ECU that works so I can load the software on it. My current ECU has Giac....

The one thing I was surprised, pleasently, about is that it now seems to come with base tunes pre loaded. I know some other threads I have read up on this was not fact and a few ppl were pissed that they bought the setup and had to wait a couple days to get their basefile. I am pretty sure this was when they first came out though.
I gave RAI the details on my build and the turbo and he felt that with supporting mods and my bigger K04 that 250 awhp would not be an issue. I am excited to get this going. I am just hoping that 440's will be big enough for awhile.
Redline- How big is the A8 MAF in diameter? Also do you use the entire MAF or just its housing? Thanks

No idea about maf's. I don't use one. Its a benefit of having an 01. As for the basetunes, as far as I know they always were in there. Unless something drastic changed since I last looked, there are a few simple tunes which will need work on any setup. The base tunes are very basic. For aeb's, I think they only offer a stage 1 file, and a 440, 630, and 870 tunes. The nice thing about maestro is you can use any size maf and injector. The software allows you to calculate your own injector constants as well as change maf scaling. Obviously the injector constants are already in the 440,630, and 870cc files. And as far as maf's go, I know there are already a couple preloaded, or you can scale you own
