Default Cold Start = whine when start?

So last night i was out and it got really cold so im ready to head hom. turn the car on and there is a horrible whinning noise coming from the engine bay look around but every thing is normal. so i rev the car alittle and then the sound goes away and luckily i made it home. again this morning my car stayed out side last night so the same thing started when i turned the car on this morning. its a weird whinning sound from the front of the car. but once its warm it goes away. all fluid seems fine and the belts where recently replaces.
any ideas?

Any leaks you can see on the driveway? What kind of whine? hahahaha I know that's hard to describe.....next time you start it cold, turn your wheel and see if it makes the 'noise' change....power steering????

could be but would the sound go away after being warmed up? fluids are fine im constantly checking but ill keep an eye out. temps and every thing are good its just those first 5 min till the car warms up cause if its gonna be like this all winter, it is gonna be a really long winter if the car even makes it alive.

How long does it take to go away? Have you tried disconnecting the SAP (secondary air pump) pump yet? The SAP pump pushes air into the exhaust via combi valve upon cold start to heat up the cats, when the bearings get dirt the pump it can sound like a squealing pulley, or a wicked vacuum cleaner.

most likely belts, when things are cold, they expand causing them to loosen up/get wider, after they warm up they go back into a normal state.

most cars do this when its cold
