Default Coilovers

First off - I did search, but I'm still a little confused on the whole subject. It seems that Koni and Stasis are the most popular, but I've also read some decent things about Vmaxx. I'd rather not spend more than $1k, and they don't have to be extremely performance-oriented, but I still want something that's at least as stiff as stock sport.

One of my biggest questions is what all is adjustable?? I know the height obviously is, but is there anything else??

If you have coilovers, please share your experience with them. In the event that I do get some, it'll probably be kept pretty low in the summer, if not slammed, if that makes any difference.

Thanks in advance.

get the tein basic coilover from modacar.com. They are the BEST bang for the buck. I love everything about them, dont let other people tell you other wise. Feel free to PM me withquestions on them.

i'd say anything with less then a 1k pricetag will not have adjustable dampening and such, but unless you track your car or corner balance it for optimum performance (which it dosent sound like you will if you are going to be slamming it) the other adjustments other then height would be useless

i have H&R coilovers, and i love them.. they would be perfect if they were a little stiffer for as low as i am, but overall, they are great pieces

Thanks for the input, Nic. The H&Rs are definitely higher than I want to go. Your ride height is amazing, by the way.

That's about what I'm running in the front with the Neuspeed / Bilstein combo, but the back looks a little lower. 1.75" lower all around would be sitting pretty good, though, if not being even too low.

You've got a PM, by the way.
