Default Codes P0122,P1545, and P1543 please read

Now before you guys start flaming me about the search tool and google i've been searching for a week. Found similar problems no solution. Now before i state the problem I want to speed you up on things. I have a 99 BT aeb A4 thats been running perfectly for 5months. I couldnt find a tuner till a month ago thats why it took so long. Now as u know if a car is untuned and hits too much boost it will fuel cut and hit limp mode. When it happens to me normally on my 557p ecu I could just cut the car off and back on and we're good. I finally got the funds to tune the car and sent the ecu off saturday borrowing my friends 557N from aeb car. The problems started after I hit fuel cut on the ecu last sunday. I noticed even after cutting the car off and back on it still stayed in limp mode also i noticed she didnt want to idle anymore like at all. I scanned the car go those three codes saying signal too low and cleared them with them, but they came right back. So this is what i've done since then

tried 3 ecus 3 throttle bodies and 2 maf

I did a volt test I'm getting 5v at the throttle body connector pin 5 and 8 and ecu side on from the connector, but one a yellow and purple wire I'm getting 12.7

I checked resistance between ecu pinout 75 and 62, 75 and 2 and all data stated that the ohms should be infinite which is what it read I believe I'm stumped and don't know what to do

When I hook up the connector to the TB the wires that was reading 5v from the ecu they all suddenly drop to 006.0v did a continuity test nothing seems to touch except i get a slight feedback for a sec from a grey and white wire and a red and grey wire dont know if thats normal

I hooked up vagcom the other day when I tried to adapt the throttle body it wouldn't let me also I noticed when I hit the gas pedal the values and degrees didn't change as if it's no longer getting a signal the only thing that worked was it changed from idle to part throttle. tried to do some wire splicing also from the TB connector to the ecu nothing changed.

P.S. Those same codes are now reading signal too high

Please help guys Thanks
