Clutch noise when pressing and releasing
Hello Guys,
I have a squeal sound from my clutch, more like opening an old door. but it comes even when the engine is off and vehicle is standing. It happens bothways, while pressing, and while releasing the clutch pedal. the sound seems to be coming from the cabin, not from outside.
I searched a lot but didn't find an answer, most of the threads are regarding sound from outside the cabin.
Do you guys think its the Throw out bearing or the Clutch plate?? or will just some lubrication(i don't know where) help??
Any suggestion appreciated
Regards

Most likely your clutch diaphram is sqeaking on its hinges on the pressure plate assembly or secondly if its too pronoun,ed inside the cabin, lubricate your clutch pedal mounting hinge and also lube the clutch master cylinder pushrod hinge/pin.
To lubricate the pressure plate diaphram hinges, the g/box has t be taken off. This normally happens if you wadh your engine too many times using a high pressure water hose and leaving the vehicle t sit for a while.
Let me know if this works.
