cluster problem

cluster problem
so i just put in a new ecu(stock) after my other one(giac) got fried....
i put in a new cluster after my other one had a non-working speedometer, gas gauge keeps dropping then going back to normal, the oil temp gauge just stays on cold,and the info display has a bunch of lines on it..
after the new cluster was putin the same stuff happened to it right when i turned on the car
would it be the that i would have to reprogram my new computer to the cluster?
