Clicking when clutch is engaged
Hey guys!
So I went out driving today and noticed that there was a sharp constant clicking noise when the clutch was depressed, kinda like banging tin foil on a desk or something. This doesn't happen when its a cold but after driving around a bit you can clearly hear it. I went on youtube and listened to a couple of videos about bad pilot and throwout bearings but it isnt the same sound (maybe because it wasn't an A4? I dont know)
The car is a 2001 A4 1.8TQM with 19X,XXX miles its got sport suspension and the "bigger" turbo and the original clutch. The only aftermarket part is the exhaust.
Any feedback is appreciated, thanks!
