so im want to do the clear corner mod on my a4 but the drill out the tabs technique is not working. im going to try the bake the headlight teqnique next. i know you have to bake your light at 150 for 10 mins but how do you put the light back together and are there any other steps to this procedure?

 

does anyone know where to find the bakeing your headlight instructions?

 

keeping drilling it. it took my a while to get the reflectors out the first light. the second light will be much easier. what ever you do, DO NOT make the holes to big you need to be able to fill it with something so it wont leak. i used silicone for boats.

 

i took my car to a shop and got it done so i didnt have a chance to mees up my headlights, ha

 

did the insert just pop free when the tabs are gone? i dril and drill but the insert will not move?

 

Okay, definitely don't open your headlights to do the clear corners. It's impossible to do without mangling them somewhat and it's a huge pain.
