I think he said covers, not the entire housings. Covers will be much much cheaper then full housings.

 

ya but I recommend covers over caps, dont cheap out when you are trying to look luxury. I just got the In.pro. housings and they appear to be good quality, yet to install them. Isn't the install for RS4 housings different then reinstalling A4 caps?

 

why would you just get caps?? what exactly are caps?? do they just glue over the factory housing lol. When i installed my chrome housings it was cheap and easy... i dont know why anyone would get just caps... makes absolutely no sense.

check out my sig pic of my 2nd audi... the chrome mirrors are RIDICULOUS! Its hilarious cuz when i first got them everyone called them rice, now it seems like everyone and there mom wants them.

 

ya you do just apply them over top of the stock housings. Using some type of double sided adhesive I believe. I've seen them on ebay before.

 

any suggestions on where to pick up some matt finish housings for a 99.5 b5 a4?

I have the inpro housings as well - got them last year and love the look. They're in my sig.

 

arent there any brushed alluminum ones or what can i do to a chrome housing to get that brushed alluminum look?
