Car won't start..cranks

Well... it's not good news. I popped the valve cover off. The plastic piece on the bottom of the cam chain tensioner was broken and lodged up against the top plastic piece. I just replaced the CCT last winter and the car has less than 5k on it since it was replaced. Not only that but last time I had to drop the whole god damn oil pan to clear the pickup tube and pan of debris from this because I was getting low oil pressure. UGHHHh
If anyone could, please direct me to a CCT to buy that isn't junk and will last more than 5k. I'm just gonna pray to god that I don't have to drop the oil pan again and replace the pickup tube.

Car Starts, runs for 2 seconds then runs really rough then dies.
I have a problem with my 99 a4 1.8t...it will start up and idle but once i rev it, it bogs down and stalls, i plugged the ecu comp in and it read that the injector circuits are stuck open on all 4 cylinders...what do you think the problem could be ????...thanks for any help
