Yes.
The cat efficiency code is caused by having a bad cat converter. You have a bad cat because raw fuel was being ignited in the cat because of the misfire. You will need the ICM and a new cat converter. If im wrong about that i'll eat my shoe.

 

I kinda figured and some ppl told me the other way around, but thats why Im here to ask, and get questions ansewered, I was told Im getting a misfire bc bad ICM and not plugs/coilpack which bad icm causeing and o2 sensor to fail out giving the cat below threshold code, and my cat could be fine, but on monday ill be swapping out icm with someone elses and if it starts then bad ICM but if dont start ill maybe run codes again and you think I should only get one code instead of two? and that code will be bad cat code

 

If you're not clearing your codes, the codes will still be there for a while even if you fixed the problem.
