Default Car alarm troubles

My car alarm goes off every few minutes, nothing i do will make it stop so i resorted to disconecting the battery. I tried turning off the internal motion sensors, driving it around, and armind abd disarming it several times. I have no clue whats going on.. any ideas? and is there a fuse for the alarm i coud yank out that would disable just the alarm?

Do you have a vag-com to see what alarm is going off?

I know of people having issues with the hood alarm. But with out having a vagcom to tell you what alarm was going off you're just guess and checking...

this may be a long shot but if it goes off no matter if you're pushing unlock or what not try taking the battery out of your key fob and just using the driver door to lock and unlock it. i hate to say it but the Panic button may be stuck lol

My alarm also randomly goes off. I think the rear sensor needs to be pulled out and cleaned, just haven't gotten around to doing it. They can get corroded and start malfunctioning. Keep us updated on what the dealer does.
