buying new seats

i was wondering if seats from a newer a4 like 2001 will fit in 1998 model, if so will the heating seats be a direct plug and play.

this will be good to find out, i plan on swapping my seats out for some leather ones by the end of summer, hopefully ill find some with *** warmers.
