Replace right CV left one goes out. Replace rear wheel bearing opposite goes out. Such is the B5 =(

That's how it always goes man. Check out www.fcpgroton.com and BlauParts for a rebuild. I have experience with the Blau rebuild kit and it's excellent. I haven't used FCP's kit but I've heard they carry a less expensive one and I'm impressed with their control arm kit so I'd think they're worth a look as well. The rebuild is easy too - 15 minutes or so, excluding removal and reinstall of the axle. Biggest thing - clean the living hell out of the joint before putting it back together, and get some extra grease. I had a tub of synthetic axle grease on hand and we filled the boot before clamping it together.

The extra grease is a good idea. Mines still clicking a tiny bit after a boot replacement.
