bumper is pissing me off

Yep...I installed my FMIC and now the passenger side won't clip...FML

Simple fix everyone. There are only 3 or 4 screws holding that mouning bracket in place. Adjust the way it sits and make sure you are setting the bumper into those side mounts the right way. This is the most common error. Get the bottom to grab first before popping on the top. And a lot of times they bend a little from being improperly removed. Just bend it back and add BJ weld if it's really worn down so the clips don't keep slipping off.

yeah i made the mistake of trying to put the top clip in first, would ALWAYS pop off. Clip the bottom in first, then pull up to clip the top in. no screws needed

yeah that always seems to happen. There's a couple of screws in the wheel well that help hold that if your liner is still in good shape.

Had the same issue, I just put a screw in to stop it. Put the bumper in place, then if you look in the wheel well the plastic fender shield overlaps with the bumper for the thru-bolts, you can put a wood screw thru, out of sight. holds it.

i think that i am missing the screws in the wheel well. is this why its coming off or is it because i was putting the top on first? lol
