Default Bumper Alignment

A problem I can't seem to fix.
My bumpers misaligned and it bugs the **** outta me. It's like the clips aren't clipping. Any of you run into this and have any simple ways to fix it other then buying a new bumper?
Thanks

Ever since I pulled my radiator for replacement I have thought that my front bumper has been misaligned. Maybe its just me but it hasn't rattled loose so....

I spent half a day once messing with my bumper, fender, headlight, and hood alignment. Finally got it to a place where the side of my bumper doesn't pop off when I hit a bump, but my panel alignment is garbage. Does Bentley give an order of operations for body work? I don't know where to start to get this right.

Its not misaligned, its just that once you take the bumper off the first time it NEVER goes back on as tight as it was before you took it off. This is a good way to pick out cars that have had the timing belt or other major service done. Its very rare that they ever go back perfectly.

Self tapping screw through the bumper into the fender.
