Default broken exhaust mount? pics inside

I'm no car expert but I believe this is some type of clamp on my exhaust that is broken, regardless when my car is idling and i watch that pipe it seems to vibrate way to much.

I want a new exhaust system but I was in the process of saving up for bilstin shocks and h&r springs, I need a new body panel after that before I spend money on exhaust so I was just wondering if anyone knows what this is.

my car will make a loud sound usually from the side of the exhaust when I start it, its nothing earth shattering but seems to loud and shakey when car is started

Looks like the welds for the braket gave way, you probably could cheap fix it with some wire clothes hangers and wrap it up to the rubber bushing to stop the rattling temporarily.

hahaha ive had that since the day i bought mine. its a tad annoying, but it hasn't caused any exhaust drooping for me... yet. a quick tack weld will be fine, so if u kno someone they'll prolly do it for free, or a beer. its like a 5min fix.

you can also just remove it if u feel the muffler is "sturdy" enough, or get a metal strap and a nut/bolt to hold the hanger to the pipe. its less tacky looking then a clothes hanger and a good permanent or semi-permanent fix.
