Default Broken Breather = Low Boost Pressure?

Ive been checkin all over and cant seem to find the answer. Ive been trying to figure out why my turbo is only boosting 6psi. However, I can here the DV releasing pressure between shifts. Ive switched out the MAF, DV, N75, Throttle Body and even the Turbo but my car will still only let me peak at 6psi. I have a SpeedTuning chip and was peaking at 18-20 prior to this. I have no CEL but I discovered a broken breather under my intake and was wondering if this could be the culprit? If it is possible would I still be able to hear the boost pressure release?

Default You answered your question

replace the breather, doesn't matter if you hear your DV or not, you have vacuum leak.

Unfortunately, I replaced the breather and am still having the same problem. Any suggestions on what to check next?? Also, If I hook up a smoke machine from the MAF sensor hose will this show me a vacuum leak or is there a better hose to go through??
