v-maxx uses v-maxx springs....

they are (from personal experience) alot stiffer than stock springs imo

he had 18in BBS LM reps on I want to say 215/40/18 rubber??? But you can run up to 225/40/18 and be just fine, and if you roll the fenders you can run 235/40/18

You guys are talking like 1/2' clearence. When your that low theres gotta be some rubbin when you got weight in the car. Suppose i got a full whip, 4 people, going out or i gotta throw some heavy luggage in the trunk or whatever. There will def be some compression. i wouldn't mind going with an 1' or 1 1/2' clearence. Its a hell of alot better than that 3-4' when you have the stock suspension. The Koni's from Achtuning seem like the better bet. Vmaxx just sound to cheap

they are not cheap and the thing with them is they are ADJUSTABLE! say you do have to many people in the car and it rubs you raise it up a bit so the next time it doesnt happen. you dont have to go so low as to were it will rub with people in the car, but with v-maxx you can still go lower than springs. i dont see why anyone would get springs when coils are cheaper and they are perfectly fine. cincy where are you..... he's the one that turned me onto them
