Default Brake issues

Over the past couple weeks ive noticed an excessive amount of brake dust build up on my front right tire. While the others look fairly clean this one looks almost black. Then while making a long drive the other night i noticed the car gripping hard while braking on that tire like that was the only brake working. So i pulled the tire to inspect that brake and other than some rust on the caliper the pads and rotor looked fine. Then while driving over a speed bump my brake light started to flash. So next stop i popped the hood to check the brake fluid level and it is right on the minimum line but not overly low. So now im a little confused on what the problem could be.
the car is a 99 2.8qm and i replaced the pads and rotors last yr on the back end and have under 8000 on them.

Did you try & spin the wheel when it was jacked up? Sounds like you have a bad brake caliper. Does the right front brake caliper look rustier then left front?

Top off the fluid and bleed the brakes. If your fluid looks brown, change it all the way. Could be air bubble or leaky lines. If all looks good, then test the other front brake to make sure it's piston is moving. Just tap the brakes with the caliper off the car.
