she said she would be more than happy to watch your kid while you are here, but she told me to tell you, to take the car back with you.... lol

i had a leaky coolant flange, bought an oem gasket, too big... bought what seemed to be the right gasket from oreily's now i think that is leaking


unless it is my head gasket.... cross fingers

Well its a decent bit above your head gasket so it shouldn't be too hard to tell and it would be odd for the head gasket to just spring a leak right there, so try tightening the flange as even as possible.

Flange could be warped causing it to leak. Plenty people have had that happen and ended up sanding it flat.

mechanic had it at his shop today.... he couldn't make it leak for ****..... not even under pressure.... he is going to look into it more monday.... i might let him know about that part
