Yes a manual 2001 ecu can be recoded to work in a Tip. This is also possible on the ndbw ecu's but can NOT be done on the ecu's for the 2000.

BTW there are people running the elim kits on their Tip cars. They just run the setup slightly softer by running slightly less adv timing or lower boost.

i am almost done, gotta get a the maf "key", then i will be putting the airbox back together, turning her over for the first time and may take a little ride

i will say with 100% conviction, this **** was hard, and atp sucks for directions, the turbo in their write up is not the gtrs and they don't use a h/f mani for their write-up
my bro-in-law helped with the install today and he wanted to call and bitch them out

i will get more pix when finished and a video

why did you remove the entire front clip?
I never did that installing my PES T-28. I only removed the front bumper to get the intercooler fitted.

The HF manifold is just a pain because it is hard getting to the upper bolts that hold it to the head. I do wish they would just include all new oil/coolant lines/fittings with the setups to make it easier on the people installing the kits.

the completly move the location of where everything is, in relation to the k03

and the 034 tip, is alot bigger than the turbo, i think i will just reuse my old 034 tip, main issue now is that the gtrs pushes the tip forward more into the core support.... gotta fix that somehow tomorrow...

i will have a k03 and mani for sale, apr programing
