IIRC it was 2.2 liter. They aren't looking for big power, just going most stroke to gain more low/mid range tq.

i will more than likely start tearing the car apart next week, as i still need the car for now.... but i start vacation on sunday so it might get some tear down then.... i just don't want to have the car waiting on the ecu and something happen and need it...

if you just want more power, i will have a ecu avaliable soon... might want to check with apr, cause it is for a awm motor, and i guess since you are a vw you are amb?

I think you just go in with vag and recode it. But I think my ecu is from a tip. And yes I have a manual
