I can hear the turbo spool but I dont think im getting any boost at all...Acceleration feels like mt old stock golf 2.0.

Where should I start?

you might have a leak. have someone rev the engine a bit and see if you can hear air escaping

you are driving a heavier car with all of 30hp more. You arent going to be much faster stock. Also you wont hear the air release with only 7psi and stock air box.

The stock programming is very low boost and the car has only 150 HP.

You will need to check the boost if it is 7psi, then that is all you will get without a chip. If the boost is 1-2 PSI you probably have a leak or a bad diverter valve.

i would personally check that the N75 valve has been connected. i had this same problem when i got mine and the boy who had it before had unplugged it thinking it was better but all it does is stops the turbo boosting any more than 2 or 3 psi you will find this down behind the headlight where the airbox is. it is plugged into air intake pipe and has a pipe coming from turbo and another from wastegate into it and should have a 2 pin connector plugged into the top. if not connected plug it in the plug will/should not be too far away and take it for a spin you will notice the difference but also as the others said it is only 150bhp stock and not the quickest of cars until you up the boost levels but you will need a boost gauge fitted first before you attempt this. For pictures of what N75 valve looks like do a search in the forums on on google images or something you will find one no prob.
