Blown turbo question?

what did you try using that didnt work for you?

Cut the head off, or drill it out, tap the hole, call it a day.

Sorry, I guess I was kind of vague in my last post. The problem is not with the design or function of the bolt remover thingy, just just that there wasn't enough exposed bolt head to allow the extractor to work properly. The tooth inside the one i used tapered from larger right at the rim of the socket, to smaller near the base. This allows you to use them on multiple sizes of bolt heads without having an extractor for every single possible size bolt. The carrier bolts were too big for the smallest extractor, but too small for the second-smallest because of the shallow bolt heads. I rambled a little, but does that make any more sense?
