found this turbo for $500 brand new:O.E. Borg Warner K03-2072 Turbocharger for Audi/VW 1.8T Longitudinal. Will this fit in my stock 1.8T?

It should. I would need a picture to confirm. I know the last 4 digits can differ between models so I'm not 100% positive but if it says it fits a longitudinal motor it should be fine.

Yeah the stock photos of those turbochargers don't give me a warm fuzzy. All of the identifying marks you look for like stamps and casting marks and the tag that should be riveted to the compressor housing have all been photoshopped out or never existed in the first place. Hard to say what you'll be getting.
do you think this will do with my all stock A4?
