Oh a manifold like that would run around anywhere from $400-$800 depending on who's building it, its really not that hard to make.
A little off on the price. The Full-race tube manifold lists for $1299, I sell it for $1199.

BTW is this Jarrod that bought the Racetec FMIC for his 2001?

YEP thats JOJO's car, no jarrod is currently in the CHP academy so he doesn't have contact with the rest of the world for a while. I worked with both of them at NIELLO audi.

Yes, but it's still considerably cheaper than Dalhback racing's K16 manifold for $1900. Will it last for daily driver duty is the next question? And then the next next question in can you put a K16 flange on it?

Yes it will. I was the first A4 to get the Full-race manifold back in 2003 when I contacted them about building me a manifold. So from 2003 till the end of July 2005 the car was used as a daily driver. Full-race uses a robotic welder to weld up their manifolds and is pretty much the largest supplier of tube manifolds.

No, the FR manifolds are only built with a T3 flange. Why do you want to use a K16? Thats basically the same size turbo as a GT28r. You could mount one of the new Borgwarner S series turbos on the Full-Race manifold. I plan on pulling my GT35r soon to test a BW S362 T4 flanged turbo.

Yes, but I own 2 K16 turbos off a 993; I'd have to buy a GT28r. The K16 looks like it might also boost a tad earlier, which would be great for the street. I've been pricing turbo stuff for a while. Due to the expense of a K16 manifold, it looks like I might just have to go for a GT28r. But if I'm spending that kind of money and starting from scratch, why stop there?
