I ordered these, and recieved them yesterday. I thought I was just buying the 2 pc projectors, but in fact it came with Philips ballasts and the HID bulbs already installed into the headlamps. The ballasts fit nicely into a holderon the back of the headlamp, so its nice and neat.Best of all, I only paid $147 shipped, and its a buy it now auction from a store, I would suggest people pick these up asap.

RE: The best deal on eBay period.
No joke, its a great deal. I already had ballasts, so I ordered some HID bulbs off ebay too, turns out I don't need them :/
The city lights are under the hi-beam, and are turned on by the fog light switch, so now I am sans fogs. However I was gonna get some yellow fog lights to go in the lower valence anyways.
The whole set up is great, it really is just plug and play, all the bulbs were already installed and wired in, you just have to take out your stockers and throw these bad boys in.

RE: The best deal on eBay period.
i got mine in today
mine didn't come with the HID setup (bummer), but i wasn't expecting them to, and my vvme HID kit from flashplus got in today as well
however, i started setting them up today, and they weren't working [:@] i'm reaaaaly hoping i just screwed something up, and didnt get DOA stuff from vvme, since i've read some not-so-great stories about their customer service when it comes to broken pieces
guess ill have to wait untill it's light tomorrow and work on them some more
