Default been gone for a while-new projekt in the works

Hey guys, sorry i havent been around lately. Haven't had internet at the house for a few months, so i get on at work when i can. Hope you guys haven't missed me too much haha

well just to give you guys an update, last weekend i drove across state in the car (because it was supposed to be nice), but got caught in a snowstorm and the wonderful Oregon DOT threw crushed red rock all over the roads. To make a long story short, both sides of the car got blasted with nicks and chips and so the entire car needs to be resprayed.

With that said, i've taken this opportunity to change some things on the car

things to be done:
*shave upper and lower door moldings
*Replace current Projektzwo sideskirts with OE S4 sides
*Pull front and rear fenders-subtle widebody
*space wheels out

and the big one...*respray Porsche Aqua Blue Metallic

here are a few pictures of what i've done so far (crappy cell phone pics)

removed front bumper and sideskirts

pulled door trim off this morning

i'm not sure yet which method i'm going to use. i could either weld the holes up or you a special body tape on the backside with filler. both are proven methods, so i'm not sure which way i'm gonna attack it yet.

no, the rear wheel is spaced out the same as is has been for a while. i've been running 6mm spacers all around for about a year now. gonna have to go bigger though with the pulled fenders

How much of your fenders are you pulling out?

Glad you're back on here.

tonight i'm gonna do some more sanding, as well as probably begin laying some filler on the bottoms of the doors to smooth out where the pegs used to be

Awesome! Looking forward to seeing the end result.

I'm more of a Cobalt Blue Metallic person. Then again.. it's hard to tell the difference from Aqua.
