Question Been awhile.. Here's my updates. A few questions?

Its been to long since i posted.. mainly because my a4 avant has been sitting for over a year.. Bad times.. I dusted her off... Got her rolling smooth..
new brakes and wheel bearing. better than it ever was.

but of course i ran into a couple things maybe someone could help me with.....

-my wipers are done for.... the spray wash works.. no movement though, checked fuses.
stuck using rain X.. which really does work great if your in this situation.

-at about 62-65 my front right wheel starts bouncing slightly.. could it be another wheel
bearing

-i finally installed my alpine 7inch flip out screen..... it works and all, i am getting a slight buzz i can hear my alternator through my speakers!!

-when i cold start my car, i hear a knocking or something for about 3-4 seconds and goes away.. sketches me out but its has done this forever..
I think its from the oil going to the bottom of the engine..?? should i get thicker oil.. or am i just retarded?

Well any help or input is appreciated.. thanks a lot

The hiss in your radio usually means a bad ground. I had to install a second ground to the stereo in my Diamante to fix that.
That knock is going to happen because the oil is at the bottom like you said. The oil pump has to pump the oil back up to the cams.
Your wipers I have no clue. Test the voltage on each connecting spot. Could be a bad plug or cut wire somewhere. I can't remember what else is on that wiper **** on the steering wheel but maybe that is bad.
I hope you fix these. Gotta love wiring issues on German Cars.

Not sure if you have done this yet but as soon as you took the car out from storage you should have changed the oil, as it breaks down over time not just with use.

If you oil is really thick and slugged, you can drain the oil and replace it with ATF and let it idle at operating temperature for 20 mins or so DO NOT DRIVE IT. that will break down the sludge and get it out of the engine. Then do a complete oil change and filter. Change that oil after about 500 miles , then another oil change and filter change. now you can go back to your regular maintenance schedule.

I'd check the voltage to the wiper motors im not sure if it's relay controlled. If it is check to make sure the relays aren't stuck.

I had a 91 RX-7 N/A. Loved it until the apex seal blew on the front rotor, sold it and got the A4.
