Bad Remanufactured Axles?
Got the two front drive axles from NAPA and everything looked fine, I followed the instructions that came with them along with the instructions from my Bently Manual. Installation seemed to go fine as well. Then when I backed out of my driveway they made a popping sound, then a clicking sound when I went around a corner. The noises seemed to go away until I turned the wheel sharply at a low speed and the clicking noise was worse than ever. Is this a normal part of the "breaking in" process or is it likely that the remanufactured parts I got are bad?

Update: The loud clicking noise has not become any less frequent and seems to be coming from the left side. I can also feel it in the steering wheel. It only happens when I take sharp left turns.
I'm going to take the left axle off, inspect it, re-grease it, and put it back on. If that doesn't help I'm going back to NAPA.
Are there any possibilities other than it was remanufactured improperly?

I replaced it, and it works fine now. The good news about NAPA's warranty is that you get an unlimited lifetime supply of replacement axles for your vehicle, the bad news is that they're re-manufactured and from NAPA
