So, recently I have bought an aspherical drivers side mirror (heated) to replace my OEM heated mirror. I finally figured out that for some reason my heated mirror come on as soon as the key is turned on and always stay. Well I only believe that now after looking at the back of my factory mirror and noticed what looks like a temp sensor? This is not on my 2 new blue tinted heater mirror.
What is the purpose of the part in the top left of the mirror?
